I’m a long time local and Lic. Real Estate Broker here on Amelia Island. After 45 years on the island, it is only natural to have opinions. I started this blog in 2007 to point out a particular environmental issue I felt most other locals had forgotten. It gradually changed into a more general news and information site with several other contributors. Yes, I love real estate referrals, but the main purpose of this blog was and is expressing local opinion from a local’s point of view.
